Frequently Asked Questions in Geneva, NY
Everything you need to know about specs, turnarounds, and commercial press quality:
Do I need to buy a mailing list to send postcards in Geneva?
No! That is the primary advantage of Every Door Direct Mail. You do not purchase names or addresses. Instead, you select postal routes in Ontario, and the postal carrier delivers your postcard to every single address along that route.
What postcard sizes are approved by the USPS for EDDM in Geneva?
USPS requires EDDM mailers to meet specific 'flat' criteria: longer than 10.5" OR taller than 6.125" OR thicker than 0.25". Our most popular USPS-compliant sizes for Geneva campaigns are 6.5" x 9", 6.25" x 11", and 8.5" x 11" jumbo mailers.
Is there a minimum order quantity for an EDDM campaign in Geneva?
USPS requires a minimum of 200 postcards (or one full carrier route) per day, up to a maximum of 5,000 cards per day per zip code without an active postal permit. Most Geneva business campaigns start between 1,000 and 5,000 homes.
Does Postcard EDDM handle the postal paperwork and bundling for Geneva?
Yes! We offer full-service fulfillment. We print your cards on heavy 16pt cardstock, bundle them into required 100-piece stacks with facing slips, prepare USPS Form 3587, and can even ship directly to your local Geneva post office.
