Frequently Asked Questions in Mason, WI
Everything you need to know about specs, turnarounds, and commercial press quality:
Do I need to buy a mailing list to send postcards in Mason?
No! That is the primary advantage of Every Door Direct Mail. You do not purchase names or addresses. Instead, you select postal routes in Bayfield, and the postal carrier delivers your postcard to every single address along that route.
What postcard sizes are approved by the USPS for EDDM in Mason?
USPS requires EDDM mailers to meet specific 'flat' criteria: longer than 10.5" OR taller than 6.125" OR thicker than 0.25". Our most popular USPS-compliant sizes for Mason campaigns are 6.5" x 9", 6.25" x 11", and 8.5" x 11" jumbo mailers.
How long does printing and delivery take for Mason mail drops?
Commercial printing takes 2 to 4 business days. Once printed and bundled, standard USPS delivery to Mason mailboxes takes an additional 2 to 4 business days, meaning your campaign can drop within 5 to 8 business days from final proof approval.
How can I track phone calls and leads from my Mason postcard mailing?
We recommend placing a dedicated local call tracking number on the mailer, along with a custom QR code that directs smartphone recipients to a dedicated campaign landing page with an exclusive offer.
