Frequently Asked Questions in Salix, IA
Everything you need to know about specs, turnarounds, and commercial press quality:
Do I need to buy a mailing list to send postcards in Salix?
No! That is the primary advantage of Every Door Direct Mail. You do not purchase names or addresses. Instead, you select postal routes in Woodbury, and the postal carrier delivers your postcard to every single address along that route.
How can I track phone calls and leads from my Salix postcard mailing?
We recommend placing a dedicated local call tracking number on the mailer, along with a custom QR code that directs smartphone recipients to a dedicated campaign landing page with an exclusive offer.
Is there a minimum order quantity for an EDDM campaign in Salix?
USPS requires a minimum of 200 postcards (or one full carrier route) per day, up to a maximum of 5,000 cards per day per zip code without an active postal permit. Most Salix business campaigns start between 1,000 and 5,000 homes.
How much does Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) cost in Salix, IA?
USPS commercial saturation postage for EDDM is currently approximately 21.6¢ per piece, which is over 60% cheaper than regular first-class mail. When combined with our commercial printing (starting at just a few cents per card), the total turnkey cost is typically between 28¢ and 38¢ per home delivered in Salix.
